Based in the Greater Los Angeles area, we are a full-service development and design-build company and we aim to create unique and timeless homes for our clients while putting their needs first. When designing and building homes for our clients, we make sure to take into consideration their preferences and family structure in order to create the most suitable home for them.

We offer full package interior design, furnishing and furniture design, and full contracting and construction services.Our principal designer, Elma, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from FIDM. Boris, President and head of construction, holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from USC, and a Master of Science in Construction Administration from Columbia University. Together, our team does not only strive to build the most beautiful home, but to create a lifestyle and timeless heirlooms.
